Yes, if you decide to accept a tenancy from Homesearch, you will require a months rent in advance and one months rent as a deposit. In addition, the Landlords will require references confirming your ability to afford the agreed rental.
The minimum length is 6 months, however some Landlords may require a minimum tenancy of 1 year.
Following a confidential 1:1 interview, taking into account your requirements, we will provide details of any available accommodation and offer accompanied viewing where appropriate. Should the right flat not be available your application remains on our register until a suitable property matches your requirements.
